01 02 03 04 DISCOVERY DESIGN DEVELOPMENT DEPLOYMENT

Discovery

We start with your business, not Salesforce. Workshops and process analysis reveal the current state, identify gaps, and define the future architecture before a single decision is made.

Deliverables you hold
  • AS-IS Processes & Systems Analysis
  • Master Sheet of User Stories
  • Roadmap Report

Removes the risk of solving the wrong problem.

Design

Architecture and process shaped around the outcome. We design the solution blueprint, the data model and the integration landscape, and pressure-test it against your commercial reality before anything is built.

Deliverables you hold
  • Solution Architecture & Data Model
  • To-Be Process Designs
  • Validated Delivery Plan & Backlog

Removes the risk of an architecture your future outgrows.

Development

Senior build, governed. Configuration and development run in short, reviewed cycles with your team inside the process and quality gates at every sprint. No learning on your budget.

Deliverables you hold
  • Working Increments Demonstrated Every Sprint
  • Quality & UAT Reports
  • Release-Ready Platform

Removes the risk of a build you only see at the end.

Deployment

Adoption is designed, not hoped for. Training, cutover and hypercare take the platform into daily use, and a structured handover means your team owns what we built.

Deliverables you hold
  • Trained Users & Adoption Materials
  • Go-Live with Hypercare
  • Structured Handover & Documentation

Removes the risk of a platform nobody uses.

Then the platform has to keep moving. Managed Transformation Services
Questions
Most AI and Salesforce projects fail to deliver measurable results. Why would ours be different?

The honest answer: most of those projects were dead before kickoff. MIT found 95% of enterprise AI pilots show no measurable impact, and Gartner expects over 40% of agentic projects to be cancelled by 2027. Not because the technology fails, but because nobody defined what success meant, on data nobody checked. We refuse to start that way: one use case, a success metric agreed in writing before go-live, and no second use case until the first is live and measured. If you want a partner who will build whatever you ask, that is not us.

Do we need to fix our data before we can start?

Yes. AI is only as good as the data it runs on, and pretending otherwise is how projects end up in the 95%. But fixing data does not mean a year of cleansing before anything ships. It means making your data actionable: we define the most valuable use cases together first, then make the data behind them ready to carry real decisions. We have done this work many times, and it is where every Transform engagement starts.

What will it really cost, including the parts Salesforce doesn't lead with?

More than the licence, and we will show you exactly how much before you sign. Consumption is where budgets die quietly: Agentforce actions and Data Cloud credits that never appear in the demo. Our total-cost-of-ownership model puts licences, consumption, build and run on one page before signature, and we track actuals against it from day one. We would rather lose the deal than win it with a fantasy number.

How quickly should we expect measurable value?

Weeks, not quarters, and against a number we committed to before we started, not one we picked afterwards to flatter the result. If payback is not visible within two quarters, the scope was wrong, and we resize it at our initiative. A partner who defends a failing scope is protecting their invoice, not your outcome.

What does the EU AI Act mean for this project?

It means the era of quietly deploying AI is over, and that is to your advantage if you build for it now. From 2 August 2026 people must be told when they are interacting with AI, and AI-generated content must be identifiable. High-risk obligations, which include candidate matching in recruitment, follow on 2 December 2027. We design both in from the start: compliance as architecture, not as a retrofit under deadline pressure.
