Senior depth, on your terms.
You have a Salesforce team. What you are missing is one role, for a while: an architect for a programme, Revenue Cloud depth for a quarter, a product owner through a hiring gap. We place senior specialists from our Amsterdam team and our own delivery centre in Portugal. Same standard, same time zone, EU employment, one firm.

One person joins. The whole firm stands behind them.
Every embedded specialist can pull a second opinion, an architecture review or Revenue Cloud depth from the wider team, at no extra cost. That is the difference between hiring a freelancer and engaging a firm.
Why hire through Cloud Integrate instead of contracting a freelancer directly?
Because you get one person with a whole senior team behind them. Our consultants pull on the firm's collective experience, architects included, at no extra cost. If your consultant is ill or on holiday, the knowledge does not go silent. And if the fit is not right, we say so and fix it, rather than leaving you to restart a search.
Everyone's CV says senior. How do we know yours actually are?
We employ no juniors, so there is nobody else we could send. Salesforce itself replaced certificate-counting with verified competencies in 2026 precisely because badges stopped meaning seniority. Our bar is production track record. You interview the actual consultant before any commitment, never a profile that gets swapped on day one.
How does this work with the Dutch rules on external contractors (Wet DBA)?
You contract with Cloud Integrate under a services agreement, not with an individual contractor. That means no direct ZZP relationship on your books, and the responsibility for compliant contracting sits with us. In a market where enforcement on false self-employment is live, that structure is worth as much as the CV.
Everyone claims Agentforce and Data Cloud experience now. How is yours real?
The market is full of certifications earned in sandboxes. Our consultants have shipped agentic and data work into production for enterprise clients, and we will walk you through what they built, what went wrong and what they would do differently. If we do not have the right person for a niche, we tell you instead of stretching a CV.
What happens to the knowledge when the engagement ends?
It stays with you, by design. Documentation and a structured handover are named deliverables in every Reinforce engagement, not favours at the end. And because the consultant works inside your team rather than beside it, your own people get sharper along the way. If you later want continuity, Managed Transformation exists, but Reinforce never requires it.
