Rituals is a global luxury lifestyle brand with a sophisticated B2B commercial operation managing wholesale partner relationships, hospitality accounts, and corporate clients across multiple product lines, pricing structures, and geographies. The brand's consumer reputation is unmistakable. The infrastructure supporting the B2B side had been built incrementally over years, one system added for each new problem, until the architecture underneath no longer reflected the scale or ambition of the business it was meant to serve.
The commercial picture at Rituals was fragmented across systems that did not connect. Partners, stores, and commercial performance had no unified account view. Supply chain and commercial operations ran separately, which meant that account managers and supply chain teams were often working from different pictures of the same commitments, discovering misalignments after the fact, not managing them in advance.
Partner onboarding was slow and operationally costly. Approval processes fell into email chains with no tracking and no consistent path to resolution. What should have taken hours regularly took weeks, and the revenue cost of extended store opening lifecycles accumulated with every new partnership. Business intelligence required extensive manual data stitching across multiple platforms before it was coherent enough to act on and by the time a report was ready, the data it was built from was already historical.
Disputes generated leakage that was difficult to quantify because the systems to track resolution were not connected to the systems recording the original commitment.

Cloud Integrate deployed a unified Salesforce architecture on a single org replacing the fragmented landscape with a single Account 360 view of every partner, location, and relationship across commercial and supply chain functions. Supply chain was brought inside the commercial platform, giving account managers and supply chain teams a shared, real-time picture of commitments, fulfilment status, and open disputes.
Dynamic approval flows and automated notifications compressed partner onboarding from weeks to hours. Store communications were automated for marketing events and campaigns structured HQ-to-store messaging triggered by campaign activity, linked to assortments and fixtures, replacing ad-hoc email threads. White Space Analysis delivered real-time distribution intelligence: which product categories are underperforming in which partner accounts, surfaced before the window closes rather than confirmed at month-end. What had previously required days of manual data stitching became a single, live commercial view across geographies, partner accounts, supply chain operations, and retail execution.

The platform has been rolled out to over 300 users across Rituals' global markets. Store opening lifecycles are shorter. Revenue leakage from disputes has been significantly reduced because disputes are now tracked and resolved within a system that holds the complete relationship context, not across email chains that don't.
The commercial system landscape is leaner, more scalable, and carries a lower maintenance cost than the architecture it replaced. Performance across every dimension of the B2B business: partner accounts, supply chain, retail execution, and commercial analytics is now visible in one place, in real time, on a foundation built to absorb continued global growth.
