Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to Cloud Integrate B.V. ("Cloud Integrate", "we", "us"), Fred. Roeskestraat 100, 1076 ED Amsterdam, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 72242272. We are a Salesforce consultancy and we take the protection of personal data seriously. This policy explains what personal data we collect through our website cloud-integrate.com and in our business contacts, why we collect it, and what rights you have. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / AVG).

2. What personal data we collect

We only collect personal data that you provide to us or that arises from our business contact with you:

  • Contact form and email: first name, last name, email address, phone number, company name, and anything you write in your message.
  • Free Salesforce scan: your answers about your organisation's Salesforce setup, together with your name, business email address, and company name, so that we can prepare and send your scan results.
  • Business relationships: contact details, role, and correspondence relating to proposals, projects, and service delivery.
  • Events: if you book a meeting with us at an event or visit our stand, we record your name, company, role, and the topic you want to discuss, so that we can follow up as agreed.
  • Job applications: if we advertise roles and you apply, we process the data you submit with your application. Application data is treated confidentially and deleted after the procedure unless you agree that we may keep it.

We do not collect special categories of personal data and our website is not directed at children.

3. Why we process your data and on what basis

  • To respond to your enquiry and schedule conversations (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps).
  • To prepare and deliver the free scan you requested (performance of your request).
  • To deliver consulting and managed services under an agreement (performance of a contract).
  • To send you relevant updates about our services or events, where you have given consent or where we have an existing business relationship; you can opt out at any time (consent / legitimate interest).
  • To meet legal obligations, such as administration and tax rules (legal obligation).

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share personal data only with service providers that help us run our business, under data processing agreements, and only to the extent necessary:

  • Webflow (website hosting) and Formspree (form processing): form submissions pass through their infrastructure. Both are US providers that rely on EU approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
  • Google reCAPTCHA: used on our forms to prevent spam; Google processes limited technical data for this purpose.
  • Salesforce: as a Salesforce consultancy we manage our own customer relationships in Salesforce.
  • We may also disclose data where the law requires it or in response to a lawful request from a competent authority.

Where personal data is processed outside the European Economic Area, we make sure appropriate safeguards under the GDPR are in place.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep personal data no longer than necessary for the purposes above. As a rule: enquiry data up to 12 months after our last contact, business relationship data for the duration of the relationship plus statutory retention periods (generally 7 years for administrative records), and application data up to 4 weeks after the end of a procedure, or 12 months with your consent.

6. How we protect your data

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss and unlawful processing, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) across our website, access controls on our systems, and data processing agreements with all providers listed above.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, email info@cloud-integrate.com. We respond within one month.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page with the date of the most recent change.

Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your computer or mobile device. They allow a website to recognise your device and remember settings or activity. Similar technologies such as local storage fall under the same rules; we refer to all of them as cookies.

2. Which cookies we use

We keep our use of cookies deliberately minimal. Our website currently uses:

  • Functional cookies (Webflow): strictly necessary cookies set by our hosting platform to make the website work correctly, for example to remember a submitted form. These do not require consent.
  • Security cookies (Google reCAPTCHA): on pages with forms, Google reCAPTCHA sets cookies to distinguish people from bots and protect our forms from abuse.
  • Language preference: if you use the language switch on our website, a cookie remembers your chosen language.

We currently do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

3. Third party cookies

The reCAPTCHA cookies are set by Google. Google's use of this data is covered by Google's own privacy policy. Embedded external content (for example LinkedIn links or videos) may set cookies from those platforms when you interact with it.

4. Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Every major browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) offers controls to refuse some or all cookies and to delete stored cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how our website works, for example forms may stop functioning.

5. Changes and contact

We may update this Cookie Policy when our website changes. The latest version is always published on this page. Questions about our use of cookies can be sent to info@cloud-integrate.com.
